  I have had an amazing experience with my dog Teddy at the Walkden branch of Pet Medics. I rescued him in June of last year and shortly after the team helped identify he had allergies. He has had amazing appointments throughout his time at this branch and the team are always very helpful. He saw Jodi for a long time who was absolutely excellent and helped start the process of his own specialised course of immunotherapy. She was so thorough and made sure to explain everything to us and what it would entail. At the moment we are at the vets every two weeks for his injections and some weeks he can be a handful due to his anxiety - and he is now seeing a wide variety of different vets that he’s never met before. The whole team is absolutely amazing with him but a special shoutout to his favourite receptionist Georgia who gives him cuddles and kisses every time she sees him. She really advocates for him in the waiting room when he needs that extra support and she can see I’m a little flustered. Teddy had a slightly more turbulent time with his anxiety last time he went but yesterday in his appointment, Ruth was absolutely excellent with him, she took the time to fully explain the immunotherapy schedule as it was very confusing. She also spent the time giving him a really thorough check as we are finally seeing less allergy symptoms. Funnily enough she was the first vet to ever see him at the practice and he hated having his ears checked. However, yesterday she was so patient with him and had so much confidence with what she was doing that Teddy just relaxed with her - and we had success! I am so pleased with the treatment we have had at this branch and would highly, highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much to the team for everything you do for Teddy, it is so appreciated!

  Had a wonderful appointment here. My dog was not herself and I went to get her checked. All of the staff were really helpful and sweet and Laura the vet was amazing with her. Wonderful service. Thanks guys.

  Jodi is a lovely caring chatty vet who clearly loves animals, can I make a suggestion lie I’m pretty sure others have ! Please reduce your prices and consultation fee it’s hard enough to care for our beloved animal’s without the worry of extortionate vet fees
